Welcome to Dyota Activity Centre & Hobby Classes. By enrolling in our programs, accessing our website, or participating in any activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.



1. Enrollment & Registration

• Enrollment is confirmed only after completing the registration form and making the required payment.

• Parents/guardians must provide accurate details for children’s classes.

• Dyota reserves the right to accept or decline enrollment based on class availability.



2. Payments & Fees

• All fees must be paid in advance at the time of enrollment.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases approved by management.

• Any special offers, discounts, or promotions are valid only for the mentioned duration.



3. Class Schedules & Attendance

• Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.

• Dyota reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel classes due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., holidays, emergencies, instructor availability).

• Missed classes cannot always be compensated unless otherwise stated.



4. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior is mandatory for all students, parents, and visitors.

• Any misconduct, disruption, or violation of rules may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

• Safety of children is our top priority – parents/guardians must follow all safety guidelines provided by Dyota.



5. Health & Safety

• Parents/guardians must inform Dyota about any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs of their child at the time of registration.

• Dyota is not responsible for any injury, accident, or health issue that occurs due to undisclosed conditions or negligence.

• Basic first-aid may be provided in case of emergencies; however, Dyota is not liable for medical treatment costs.



6. Photography & Media Consent

• Dyota may capture photos/videos of classes, workshops, or events for promotional and educational purposes.

• If you do not wish your child/yourself to be included, please inform management in writing at the time of enrollment.



7. Website & Online Use

• The content on our website (text, images, videos, and designs) is the property of Dyota and cannot be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

• Online programs or resources provided to students are for personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or distributed.



8. Limitation of Liability

• Dyota and its staff shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.

• Parents/guardians remain responsible for the well-being and supervision of their children outside class hours.



9. Changes to Terms

• Dyota may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.”
