At Dyota Activity Centre & Hobby Classes, we strive to provide valuable learning experiences both in-person and online. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. For Physical / Offline Classes
• Fees paid for offline hobby, yoga, or activity classes are non-refundable once the batch has commenced.
• In exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies or relocation), Dyota management may approve partial credit toward future classes on a case-by-case basis.
2. For Digital Products (E-books, Prerecorded Video Courses, Online Resources)
• Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
• Refunds will only be considered if: You were charged twice due to a technical or payment error.
• You did not receive access to the purchased digital product due to Dyota’s system failure.
3. Class / Workshop Cancellations by Dyota
• If Dyota cancels a class, workshop, or course, students will be offered either:
A rescheduled session, or A credit or refund for the cancelled class.
4. Special Promotions & Discounts
Fees paid under special offers, seasonal discounts, or promotional campaigns are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Refund Request Procedure & Timeline
• If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
• Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
• You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
